OUR CLIENTS
The mainstay of the firm is New Jersey and New York area corporations for which we implement architecture and planning assignments nationwide. We maintain over 35 state licenses to address these requirements.
We have continued to expand working with an
array of developer and investment interests in the market including land planning, redevelopment and repositioning studies as well as supplemental services including PM, FFE and Branding.
We are landlord/building owner architects for over 27 million square feet in the tristate area.
Our areas of practice include major medical, life science, lab, logistic and warehouse groups on a national basis.
We also maintain a major medical practice portfolio that includes hospital systems and national practice groups for implementations both regionally and nationwide.
ON THE HORIZON
In addition to major site repositioning, we are immersed in building tear-downs and rebuild programs that address the state and municipal affordable housing demands of our era. These studies also include major medical and mixed-use master plans for local interests and institutions.
Our areas of expertise range from hospital campus master plans and downtown redevelopment plans to mixed-use conversions for office, retail and housing — our planning division is engaged in projects totaling millions of square feet of redevelopment work.
PROJECT SPOTLIGHT – IN THE OVERVIEW
Our relationship with the real estate brokerage community is deep and longstanding. Literally hundreds of leases are executed over any calendar year and our support in the process is considered vital and fundamental to transaction success. Over the last year, some of our high-profile projects include major new locations for: Mitsubishi, Siemens, Hartz, Hax, Eddie Bauer, Rothman Orthopedics (multiple national locations) and Zelis Healthcare.
We are “deal makers, not deal breakers.” Our array of projects demonstrates just a fraction of the ongoing work that the firm is engaged in on a daily basis.
