PROJECT SPOTLIGHT
Gibbons continues to represent Claremont Development LLC on a variety of projects throughout the state of New Jersey. In 2023,
led by Director Andrew Camelotto, Gibbons counseled Claremont on several complex transactional matters involving acquisitions, financing, redevelopment and land use issues.
In particular, a team of Gibbons attorneys represented affiliates of Claremont in connection with forming a joint venture with affiliates of Stanbery Development and PCCP and closing a construction loan for development of a mixed- use community in Parsippany, New Jersey. The project, which will be known as The District
at 15fifteen, will include approximately 498 residential units, 58,866 square feet of retail space, 1,062 parking spaces, an outdoor central plaza and a host of amenities. Gibbons attorneys negotiated on behalf of the client to form
the joint venture and to secure $146.6 million
in construction financing from New York Life Insurance Co. More information on this project can be found at: https://www.district1515.com/.
