OUR CLIENTS
Our broad client base includes local/state/regional residential, mixed-use, industrial, commercial and affordable-housing developers; publicly traded national homebuilders; banks; private lenders and private funds. We guide them through property due diligence, acquisition, entitlements and redevelopment. We
are proud to say our clients include the region’s top development visionaries.
OUR ADVANTAGE
We are recognized as among New Jersey’s top law firms in the real estate industry. Our high level of expertise, deep bench and far-reaching scope set us apart.
Our attorneys are skilled at the many facets of land development and the best strategies to guide the project to fruition. We also have wide-ranging experience in public-private partnerships. At Giordano, Halleran & Ciesla, we are particularly proficient in local land use, zoning, environmental and redevelopment law as well
as long-term tax exemptions, short-term abatements, condominium creation and offering plan registrations — on top of our extensive transactional background. That allows us to produce top-notch work on everything from property selection, governmental approvals and sophisticated financing to leasing and sale — all at competitive rates.
ON THE HORIZON
We see the market’s difficulty in obtaining competitive financing. We also see multi-structured deals, including

PROJECT SPOTLIGHT
We are fortunate to be involved in a multitude of residential and mixed-use redevelopments. The Atlantic Club in Long Branch is an example of an extraordinary project consisting of more than 140 units, one of the most in-demand residential condominium projects
at the New Jersey shore. On the commercial side, we are also development and transactional counsel to
the multi-phased, $100-million-plus medical campus, including a regional cancer institute and new hospital, at the former Fort Monmouth Army Base.
