PROJECT SPOTLIGHT
We are proud of our work on Liberty Village involving
the revitalization of the historic Flemington Outlet Mall which will grow to include 164 stacked townhomes, 2 4-bedroom group homes, 4 1-bedroom veteran’s homes and 225 rentals. We have been involved with this project from its inception, assisting our client in acquiring the property, securing a redevelopment plan and redeveloper designation, negotiating a redeveloper agreement, devising a creative solution for dealing with floodwater restrictions impacting over 40% of the land areas, securing a long- term tax abatement that will ensure the long-term success of the project and negotiating a contract with a national production partner that will purchase and construct
the townhome portion of the project with an expected completion date in 2023.
