3 400,000 sf distribution/fulfillment warehouse for a publicly traded real estate development company with entitlements

1 377-unit multifamily development for a national real estate developer with entitlements
2 An approximately 700,000 sf warehouse for a prominent East Coast development company
3 A transit-oriented, mixed-use development including 145 residential units and approximately 20,000 sf of commercial
4 332-unit senior/assisted living community for a leading senior living community developer/operator with entitlements

1 Entitlements for a mixed-use project including 456 residential units for a regional shopping center
2 Negotiated approximately 200,000 sf of space for a regional retail center
3 Entitlements for outdoor static/digital off-premise advertising signs for a global advertising company
4 Obtained Right to Farm protection for an equestrian facility/ commercial farm and advocated for amending state legislation to permit certain labor housing
