We provided counsel to 2020
Acquisitions in its “Central 9”
logistics park development,
which was named Industrial Deal
of the Year at the 2024 NAIOP
Commercial Real Estate Awards
Gala. Described as a state-of-the-
art industrial park, the logistics park
spans 800 acres and will ultimately
provide more than 4.2 million
square feet over nine buildings
when fully completed. Central 9
has created over 2,000 jobs while
enhancing the regional economy
and was commended by NAIOP for
fostering innovation, commerce and
sustainable growth, and epitomizing
forward-thinking development.
