A cabinet maker will occupy 13,000 square feet at a Bergen County industrial building, following a transaction negotiated by NAI James E. Hanson.
In a news release, NAI Hanson said it represented Cavalli Cabinets in its lease at 70 Triangle Blvd. in Carlstadt. The property, owned by 70 Triangle Associates LLC, is a 46,700-square-foot building that will house the company’s kitchen cabinet assembly operations.
NAI Hanson’s Russell Verducci and Eric Demmers represented Cavalli Cabinets.
The company’s new home is minutes from New Jersey Turnpike Exit 16W and offers access to routes 3, 17 and 46, along with Interstate 80, according to a news release. The building has two loading docks and one drive-in to support warehousing and distribution needs.
Cavalli Cabinets was seeking to relocate some of its assembly operations from Carteret to a more accessible building with better access to New York City, NAI Hanson said.
“Locations such as Carlstadt that provide a high level of access to both New Jersey and New York City are in high demand among tenants,” Demmers said. “Our in-depth knowledge of the commercial real estate market in Bergen County allowed us to work with our client to find a property that fit their needs at a price they desired. This new facility will allow Cavalli Cabinets to expand its customer reach and business.”
