A developer has sold an 8,060-square-foot retail building in Pleasantville that is net-leased to a national dollar store chain, according to brokers with Marcus & Millichap.
The brokerage said it represented the seller of the Family Dollar property at 881 Black Horse Pike, which traded for $2.1 million. The property is net-leased to the chain store.
Marcus & Millichap Investment Specialists Ben Sgambati, Alan Cafiero and David Cafiero handled the assignment out of the firm’s Saddle Brook office. They noted that the property sits on the heavily trafficked, four-lane East Black Horse Pike in Pleasantville.
