National Realty & Development Corp. is set to welcome four new tenants to its New Jersey portfolio, following more than 50,000 square feet in recent leases announced by the firm.
The deals include a 14,230-square-foot lease with Old Navy at Pohatcong Plaza, which is located at 1250 Route 22 in Phillipsburg. The clothing chain will join a nearly 540,000-square-foot complex anchored by Walmart Supercenter, Stop & Shop and Regal Cinemas.
In Somerdale, Dollar Tree leased 10,532 square feet at CooperTowne Center, NRDC said. The 366,865-square-foot shopping center sits at the intersection of Route 544 and Route 30 in Camden County and is home to a Walmart Supercenter, Cinemark & LA Fitness.
Beauty supplies chain Ulta will join the tenant roster at Hadley Center, a 540,150-square-foot complex on Stelton Road in South Plainfield, following a 11,670-square-foot lease with NRDC. Target, Kohl’s, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Marshalls/Home Goods and Regal Cinemas anchor the power center.
The Purchase, New York-based developer also announced a 15,000-square-feet commitment from Habitat for Humanity ReStores, a nonprofit home improvement store and donation center that sells new and gently used furniture, appliances and building materials, in Manville. The organization will operate a 15,000-square-foot store at the Marketplace at Manville, which is anchored by Walmart and Reading Cinemas and sits at 100 North Main St.
