A private investor has sold a nearly 29,000-square-foot mixed-use property in the Whitehouse Station section of Readington, in a $3.9 million deal brokered by Marcus & Millichap.
In a news release, the firm said it represented both parties in the sale of 422 Route 22 West, which has six retail units and 12 affordable housing units. An unnamed LLC acquired the 95 percent occupied property, also known as Cushetunk Manor.
Marcus & Millichap investment specialists Alan Cafiero, Brent Hyldahl and Ben Sgambati marketed the property on behalf of the seller and secured and represented the buyer.
