A private investor has a sold a nine-unit apartment building in Sayreville for nearly $1.2 million, in a transaction brokered by Marcus & Millichap.
The firm on Friday announced the sale of 107 MacArthur Ave., noting that the building has been renovated within the past few years. The buyer, also a private investor, paid $1.165 million.
Marcus & Millichap Investment Specialist Jonathan Zamora represented both parties.
