A freight forwarding company has leased 38,000 square feet in Saddle Brook, one of three recent industrial deals brokered by Team Resources Inc.
In a news release, the firm said it represented the landlord in AJ Worldwide Services Inc.’s lease at 95 Mayhill St. Team Resources Senior Executive Vice President Eric Lewin, CEO David Cantor and President Sholom, President worked on behalf of the Lyndhurst-based firm, while Jeff Chaus, principal at Chaus Realty, represented the tenant.
“The convenient location and (30-foot) ceilings were key factors in AJ Worldwide Services decision to expand into the Saddle Brook Industrial Center at 95 Mayhill St,” Lewin said. “Like many logistic companies today, taking advantage of the cubic space to fit more product into a smaller footprint helps expansion be more economic.”
Cantor and Sholom also represented GOFFA International, a toy manufacturer, in its 26,900-square-foot lease at 235 Murray Hill Pkwy. in East Rutherford. Jeff DeMagistris of NAI James E. Hanson represented the landlord.
“This location provides GOFFA with the additional space needed for their expanding corporation while keeping them in close proximity of their headquarters,” Cantor said.
In the third deal, Team Resources Senior Vice President Edward Schein and Vice President Jeffrey Fulton represented both sides in a 10,000-square-foot lease at 426 Sand Shore Road in Mount Olive. Schein identified the tenant as Qnix LLC, a distributor of car wash equipment, noting that moving into a larger unit will allow the company to satisfy the increasing demand from its customers.”
