A graphics and printing business has leased 79,000 square feet in Garfield, in one of two new industrial deals announced Tuesday by Team Resources Inc.
Executives with the firm represented both the tenant, Unimac Graphics, and the landlord in the transaction at 70 Outwater Lane.
“Unimac needed a facility to feed their operating plans and this Garfield location presented the best combination of space, price and location,” said David Cantor, CEO of Team Resources, who handled the assignment with President Gregory Sholom
In the second deal, Jeffrey Manganaro of Team Resources brokered a long-term, 24,500-square-foot lease at 800 31st St. in Union City to The Baskets Group. Manganaro represented both parties.
“A critical requirement for The Baskets Group, a high end gift basket retailer, was a visible presence and proximity to the Lincoln Tunnel,” he said. “This space met those needs and serves as the launchpad for their U.S. division.”
