Advance Realty has hired two new directors, who are among five recent additions for the Bridgewater-based developer and manager.
John Clark joined Advance as director of corporate property services and is responsible for energy procurement, tenant improvements and capital expenditure construction projects, according to a news release. He is also expanding the company’s tenant service offerings.
Prior to joining Advance, Clark was vice president of operations at Bayonne-based Ernest Construction. He holds more than 17 years of experience managing construction and operations at commercial properties throughout New Jersey.
Also joining Advance is Lauren Dunn, who will serve as director of people and talent, the news release said. She will continue to support the company’s growth by overseeing all human resources activity including recruiting, hiring, employee team-building activities and internal learning initiatives.
Previously, Dunn spent nine years with the Harvest Restaurant Group, where she assisted in leading recruiting and hiring, as well as training and development operations.

Advance’s three other recent hires include Stefanie Jaworski as accounting manager, Tejinder Panwar as development accounting manager and Jessica Rozzi as executive administrative assistant.
