Wolf Commercial Real Estate has announced three new hires, including two brokers and a marketing coordinator.
The new additions for the Marlton-based real estate services firm include April Loomis, who has joined as a senior sales associate focusing on southern New Jersey. She brings more than 25 years of experience with major corporations in the region, having recently served as a contracts manager at Lockheed Martin and Comcast Corp.
Loomis has been licensed as a New Jersey salesperson since 2012, WCRE said in a news release. She is also a member of the National Contract Management Association, the Gloucester County Board of Realtors and the Witches of East Greenwich Charity Organization.
The other new broker, Mitchell Russell, joined WCRE as the firm’s newest sales associate in Pennsylvania. The recent Duke University graduate will generate and service new business in the office and industrial sectors for clients in Philadelphia and its suburbs.
Meantime, WCRE announced the hiring of Nora Farghaly as a marketing coordinator and administrative assistant. The firm said she will bring new ideas to its marketing team and enhance client service by providing additional broker support.
Farghaly brings more than five years of experience designing, creating and executing marketing campaigns across various industries through her independent marketing consultancy, NF Design, the news release said. She has also served in marketing roles at Valley National Bank, Golf Performance Institute, ANCERO and Compass Group at Rowan University.
“I’m excited to have such talented new team members servicing our clients in Philadelphia and South Jersey,” said Jason Wolf, managing principal of WCRE. “Our people have always been our biggest asset and our biggest advantage in the marketplace.”
