A nonprofit has leased 2,450 square feet at a Haddonfield office building, under a transaction brokered by Wolf Commercial Real Estate.
In a news release, WCRE said the Healey Education Foundation committed to the space at 89 Haddon Ave. The organization’s new home, which is owned by The Streamwood Co., provides it with a location in the Haddonfield business district and near the PATCO Speedline.
WCRE Senior Associate Ryan Barikian represented the nonprofit, which partners with dioceses and fellow philanthropists that believe in the value of Catholic schools. Since its inception in 2004, the foundation has grown to service thousands of children in nearly 70 elementary and high schools across six dioceses in Delaware, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
The office building also provides easy access to Interstate 295 and routes 676 and 30.
