It also touted his skills in underwriting, advanced analytics and site selection, among others, noting that he has vast experience in commercial real estate, notably in the multifamily and mixed-use realm.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEric\u2019s unwavering desire to build and maintain strong relationships is his paramount priority,\u201d Coletta Commercial wrote in its announcement. \u201cBeyond the successful completion of each transaction, he firmly believes that this professional journey is an ongoing partnership.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFor him, the job is never truly finished, and the relationship persists well past any closing. He is committed to fostering enduring connections and consistently strives to provide exceptional service, support and friendship.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>According to Coletta, Heller has contributed to the development and approval of more than 1,000 multifamily units in key areas of northern and central New Jersey, including Linden, Bayonne, Roselle, Plainfield and Metuchen.
