A new business and an existing tenant have leased nearly 20,000 square feet at an Edison commercial complex, in a series of transactions announced by Weiss Realty.

The deals at Colonial Village Office Park, located at Route 27 and Parsonage Road, include an extension through 2021 by Kennedy Pharmacy, Weiss said in a news release. Edo Sushi & Fatcup, a New Brunswick-based Japanese restaurant also serving Korean and Asian fusion cuisine, has signed a five-year lease to replace a previous sushi restaurant.

The businesses are part of a tenant roster that also includes Loucas Italian Seafood, Meemah Chinese, Brooklyn Boys Pizza and Deli and Starbucks Coffee, the news release said. They benefit from a location that is minutes from the Garden State Parkway and Route 1, serving 50,000 square feet of medical and professional offices.

Matthew Weiss of Weiss Realty announced the leases on behalf of Colonial Village Associates LLC, the center’s leasing and managing agent.
