A law firm has renewed its lease for more than 16,000 square feet at a Marlton office building, in a newly announced transaction by Wolf Commercial Real Estate.

The practice, Hyland Levin LLP, recommitted to the space at 6000 Sagemore Drive under a deal with Sagemore Management Co. Located off Route 73, the building offers proximity to Interstate 295 and the New Jersey Turnpike.

WCRE Managing Principal Jason Wolf represented Hyland Levin, a multi-practice firm, in the 16,440-square-foot lease. He touted the building’s location next to the Promenade shopping center and in the Marlton business district.
