A home décor company that leases nearly 152,000 square feet in Piscataway has signed a renewal, in a newly announced transaction by Bussel Realty Corp.
The brokerage firm represented the tenant, Idea Nuova Inc., in the 151,641-square-foot lease at 4 Corporate Place. The move will allow the firm to remain at its existing distribution facility and maintain easy access to Interstate 287 and the New Jersey Turnpike.
BRC Senior Vice President Leo Esses completed the assignment for the Edison-based firm, noting that the building is part of the 200-acre Corporate Park 287 development. The landlord, GTJ REIT Inc., was represented in house.
“After seriously exploring multiple alternative locations for over 18 months, Idea Nuova concluded their current location with immediate access to the 287 corridor and proximity to the New Jersey Turnpike was the ideal location for their considerable logistics and manufacturing activities,” Esses said.
The property, which sits between I-287 interchanges, features 25-foot ceilings heights, 200 free surface parking spaces and covered parking. Idea Nuova specializes in the development, manufacturing and distribution of home goods varying from furniture, bedding, and room décor.
