NAI Mertz has added a new broker to its Mount Laurel-based team, one who will focus on retail, medical and office space listings.

The real estate services firm announced Tuesday that David Russo has joined its ranks as a sales associate. He comes to NAI Mertz with experience that includes founding a building services company, which he owned and operated for more than a decade.
His background also includes executive positions in several industries including hospitality, title insurance, building security and facility services, according to a news release. Most recently, he sold facility service solutions to corporations in the retail, education and health care sectors.
“Russo comes to NAI Mertz with a wealth of experience in various industries, which will prove to be a great asset to our team,” said Bobbi Jean Formosa, executive vice president and managing director.
Russo, a Bucks County resident, holds a bachelor’s in movement and sports studies from East Stroudsburg University. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in New Jersey.
“As a licensed real estate salesperson for more than 14 years, his expertise in contract execution and negotiation will be valuable in assisting current and future clients,” said Scott Mertz, president of NAI Mertz.
