Developer and design-build firm J.G. Petrucci Co. Inc. has welcomed three new employees to its accounting and marketing teams.
In a news release, the Asbury-based company said its recent additions include Christopher Amass as accounting specialist, Daphane Mitlo as accounts payable specialist and Danielle Tampier as director of marketing. They will support an organization that has delivered more than 800 design-build projects and owns and operates more than 5 million square feet of commercial, industrial and retail properties, along with more than 2,000 luxury apartments and extensive land holdings.
“We’ve experienced rapid growth over the past couple of years and are thrilled to have such an amazing group of talent join our team,” said Jim Petrucci, founder and president of J.G. Petrucci Co. “We look forward to continued success as a company and growing our portfolio with these new individuals onboard.”
Amass joins the team from The Green Group, a Woodbridge-based accounting firm, specializing in budgeting reports and tax return preparations, the news release said. He holds a degree in economics from Drew University and enjoys day trading and investing in his own stock market portfolio.
Mitlo, for her part, was a full-time entrepreneur prior to joining J.G. Petrucci and now assists with accounts payable processes and accounting support, the firm said. She holds a bachelor’s in wildlife biology from Texas State University and has a passion for reading, hiking and spending time with her family, while she is a member of the High Bridge Business Association in the Hunterdon County borough of High Bridge.
Tampier comes to her role with more than 14 years of marketing and real estate knowledge, the news release said, noting that she manages the production of business development and marketing materials, social media, events, outreach and community relations. Prior to joining J.G. Petrucci, she was the leasing and marketing manager at SouthSide Commons, a Greystar student living property in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.
She enjoys being a team captain each year for her March of Dimes family team, Our Tiny Fighters and raising awareness about premature labor and birth.
