STRO taps 20-year real estate veteran as chief operating officer

The STRO Cos. has announced the hiring of a new chief operating officer.

In a news release, the Ridgewood-based real estate firm and Millstein family office said Jeff Pandolfo joins its team with 20 years of industry experience. He most recently was a managing director of asset management for TSCG Investors, where he was responsible for management of the firm’s investment portfolio, and previously was responsible for the growth and oversight of its Northeast and Mid-Atlantic leasing divisions.

“I am pleased to have Jeff join STRO,” said Steven Millstein, STRO’s founder and principal, “Jeff brings a wealth of knowledge across asset classes and disciplines that will prove invaluable as we continue our rapid growth strategy in northern New Jersey and Florida.”

Pandolfo, who has also held senior positions at L+M Development Partners and Extell Development Co., holds a bachelor’s in economics from Yale University and lives with his family in New York City.

“I am honored to serve in this role and extremely optimistic for the future,” Pandolfo said. “I look forward to working closely with the talented team at STRO, building on our solid foundation and capitalizing on the tremendous amount of opportunity ahead of us.”
