Greek Development has announced a flurry of promotions and new hires in connection with its fast-growing, third-party construction and project management division.

The East Brunswick-based firm on Tuesday said it has promoted Paul Moser to director of construction and Steven Chick to preconstruction director. In their new roles, they will work together to oversee a division that serves external warehouse owners, developers and tenants while also working on Greek’s own portfolio of industrial space.
Both Moser and Chick joined the firm in 2017 and have been instrumental in the delivery of its recent projects, including the 1.7 million-square-foot Target distribution center in Logan Township and a 735,000-square-foot Samsung distribution center in Linden, as well as several cold storage warehouses in the region for Lineage Logistics.
“Our design, build and project management expertise has been a core component of our success over the last 90 years,” said Matt Schlindwein, managing partner of Greek Development. “Paul and Steve’s new roles represent our ability to attract and develop the industrial sector’s next generation of leaders, who will lead our efforts to be the trusted source for building industrial facilities across the region.

In a news release, Greek said Moser started in the role of project manager before being promoted to project director in 2020. He previously was a project manager for RC Andersen LLC and holds a bachelor’s in civil engineering technology from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
Steven Chick
Chick, for his part, joined the firm as an assistant project manager before advancing to his most recent position. He is a former BIM manager at AmeriPOD and received both his bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and his master’s in product architecture and engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology.
Greek also announced the promotion of Jaime Brown and Matt Zangara to project manager and John Bontz and Ken Deleo to senior construction superintendent. Additionally, the firm welcomed four recent hires: Joe Baldwin as superintendent, Adam Swierski as assistant project manager, Jordin Jackson as project associate and Zac Silverstein as assistant project manager.
