A high-end car dealership has purchased a 17,400-square-foot commercial building on Route 1 South in Edison, brokers with The Goldstein Group announced Monday.
The buyer, Flawless Auto Mall, paid an undisclosed price for the property between Ellen and Fulton streets. The Goldstein Group Executive Vice President Lew Finkelstein and Vice President CJ Huter represented both the seller, AJE Management LLC, and the buyer in the deal at 540 Route 1.
The transaction was one of two announced Monday by the Paramus-based brokerage, which also completed the sale of a 34,000-square-foot property at 400 Highland Ave. Extension in Middletown, New York. The Goldstein Group Vice President Scott Milich represented the buyer, GMS Realty LLP, while John Quinn of Quinn Commercial represented the seller, Kuhl’s Highland House Inc.
Green Mountain Electrical Supply, which provides renewable energy solutions and has more than 20 locations throughout New Hampshire, New York, Pennsylvania and Vermont, plans to operate a retail and wholesale operation in the former catering hall.
