A school district in Camden County has sold a former elementary school building near Route 42, in a recent transaction by Wolf Commercial Real Estate.
Brian Goren, a broker and senior adviser with the firm, represented the Gloucester Township Board of Education in its disposition of 1125 South Black Horse Pike. A buyer listed as Al-Manar Learning Center purchased the 4,600-square-foot building, in the town’s Blackwood section, for an undisclosed price.
WCRE announced the deal earlier this month, noting that the site is the former home of the Grenloch Elementary School. The firm added that the facility, which is about a half-mile west of Route 42, is adjacent to the Gloucester Premium Outlets and provides easy access to both Philadelphia and Atlantic City.
