JLL has promoted Jordan Avanzato to managing director with its Morristown-based investment sales team in the region.

Avanzato, previously a senior director, joined the firm as part of its 2019 acquisition of HFF and has 10 years of experience in commercial real estate, specializing in investment advisory in New Jersey and the surrounding New York Metro area. He started at HFF New Jersey in June 2013 and previously spent a year as a debt and equity analyst in HFF’s Dallas office, having also served as the director of investments for a Dallas-based oil and gas real estate exploration firm.
JLL noted that, throughout the course of his career, Avanzato has been involved in nearly $3 billion in transactions.
“Jordan’s track record speaks for itself,” said Jose Cruz, a senior managing director with JLL and head of the firm’s investment sales team in New Jersey. “He is one of the most accomplished industrial investment sale brokers in the state. His market knowledge combined with his dealmaking acumen will continue to serve his clients very well.”
