French bakery business takes 2,600 sq. ft. in Somerville, in Deluccia-brokered deal

A growing bakery chain has leased nearly 2,600 square feet in downtown Somerville, in a newly announced deal by Deluccia Commercial Group.

According to the brokerage team, the space at 78 West Main St. will serve as Pierre & Michel Authentic French Bakery’s third location in the state, following existing shops in Elmwood Park and Ridgewood. It’s taking 2,558 square feet under a deal with DGM West Managment LLC and is slated to open in June.

Deluccia Group’s Tim Deluccia represented both parties in the deal.
