A speech and language therapy practice has signed a lease at the base of an apartment building in Burlington County, according to a broker with Vantage Commercial.
The operator, Speech Language Associates LLC, will occupy an undisclosed amount of space at the complex along Woodlane Road in Eastampton. It’s leasing the unit on a long-term basis from Eastampton Place Urban Renewal LLC, Vantage Commercial said, noting that it marks the operator’s second location.
“It was a pleasure working with both Speech Language Associates LLC and Eastampton Place Urban Renewal LLC to secure this long-term lease agreement,” said Ken Richardson, a vice president at Vantage Commercial. “This new location will provide Speech Language Associates LLC with the resources and space they need to continue delivering outstanding speech and language therapy services to the community.”
In a news release, the broker said the new location will have modern therapy rooms, a spacious waiting area and convenient parking.
“We are thrilled to have secured this long-term lease agreement with Eastampton Place Urban Renewal LLC in Eastampton,” said Dr. Kristy Davies, CEO of Speech Language Associates LLC. “This new facility will provide us with the resources and space we need to continue providing the highest quality speech and language therapy services to the community.
