The Blau & Berg Co. has brokered the sale of nearly two-thirds of an acre in Sayreville that it says is now slated for future development.
The firm on Monday said it represented Fox Hill Run at Woodbridge LLC in its trade of 2 St. Peter Drive. The buyer, which was not identified, paid an undisclosed price for the .63-acre parcel off Route 35 and minutes from the Garden State Parkway.
Tamara J. Blau and Brad P. Jacobs, both senior directors with Blau & Berg, completed the deal on behalf of the seller, while Janet Mandila of Nexthome Zenith Real Estate represented the buyer.
“Land that is available in areas with great demographics and a strong daytime population is in serious demand,” Blau said. “There are buyers looking for space to grow their existing business, and this property was not going to last long in the current market.”
