A tire business has leased more than 18,000 square feet of industrial space in Elizabeth, in a newly announced deal by Bussel Realty Corp.
The tenant, Evolussion Tire Company, will occupy the entire building at 936-938 and 940-944 South Elmora Ave., using it for its wholesale and retail tire business, according to a news release. It’s leasing the 18,200-square-foot space from an owner listed as 936 S. Elmora Avenue LLC.
BRC President Steve Bussel and Vice President Jeffrey Goldfinger represented the landlord, citing the building’s location near the New Jersey Turnpike, Route 1&9, the Goethals Bridge, Newark Liberty International Airport and Port Newark-Elizabeth. They added that the property has 4,138-square-foot offices, 12- to 16-foot ceiling heights, two drive-in doors and 14 surface parking spaces.
