Lawn Buddies takes 3,500 sq. ft. at Somerville retail building, BRC says

A lawn care company is adding a location in central New Jersey after leasing 3,500 square feet of retail space in Somerville, brokers with Bussel Realty Corp. said Monday.

In a news release, the leasing team said Lawn Buddies will use the site at 3544 Route 22 to serve clients in Hunterdon and Somerset counties. The new space, located inside a freestanding building, is minutes from Route 28, Interstate 78 and other highways and a short drive from a host of retailers.

BRC Retail Services vice presidents Chandler Vanderbeek and Connor Vanderbeek represented both parties in the deal.
