PROJECT SPOTLIGHT

CSG Law prides itself on its ability to collaborate with clients, understand their business goals and provide creative solutions for their projects, an approach which earned the firm recognition in 2021 as the New Jersey Law Journal Dealmakers of the Year as well as Law Firm of the Year, and a Regional Powerhouse by Law360 in 2022. Moreover, CSG Law is on the cutting edge of the Garden State’s growth into a hub for the entertainment industry through its representation of key players such as Netflix and the New Jersey Performing Arts Center (“NJPAC”).

The range of recent projects the firm has handled includes:

Serving as transactional and redevelopment counsel for Netflix’s $850 million development of a state-of-the-art production facility at the former Fort Monmouth Army Base.

Serving as redevelopment and land use counsel to NJPAC’s film studio complex known as “Hollywood East,” which is estimated to have a billion-dollar impact on the Newark economy.

Serving as redevelopment and land use counsel to the developer of an industrial development spanning more than 150 acres, CSG Law played an integral role in spearheading the effort to address and resolve a myriad of necessary governmental actions to bring the project to fruition.

Serving as counsel to owners and developers on industrial acquisitions and development projects, spread across more than 20 municipalities throughout the Garden State and involving almost 7 million square feet.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
