Sherwin-Williams takes 4,000 sq. ft. at new mixed-use campus in Bordentown, BRC says

Sherwin-Williams has leased 4,000 square feet at a new Bordentown retail property, in a deal arranged by Bussel Realty Corp.

Brokers with the firm say the store, located at 200 K. Johnson Blvd. North, opened earlier this month at the 14,000-square-foot strip center off Route 130. It joins several other tenants at the property including Dollar Tree, Learning Experience and CubeSmart, occupying part of a growing campus built by K. Johnson Development Group.

BRC vice presidents Chandler Vanderbeek and Connor Vanderbeek represented Sherwin-Williams in the deal.
