A private operator has sold a SpringHill Suites by Marriott property in suburban Camden County, according to a brokerage team with JLL.
The 117-room hotel, located at 1031 Voorhees Drive in Voorhees Township, changed hands for an undisclosed price. JLL Managing Director Ketan Patel and directors Phil White and Vasilis Halakos represented both parties, noting that the SpringHill Suites by Marriott Voorhees Mt. Laurel/Cherry Hill has a fitness center, a heated indoor pool and a business center.
The property also has 375 square feet of flexible meeting space, which JLL said is highly attractive for corporate and leisure accounts. The four-story building is minutes from Interstate 295, Route 73 and other major highways in the region.
