CoreOne adds to South Jersey portfolio with 2.2-acre industrial parcel in Pennsauken

CoreOne Industrial LLC has acquired a vacant industrial outdoor property in Pennsauken that it’s now set to renovate as part of a plan to secure a new tenant.

The investment firm, which is based in Darien, Connecticut, paid an undisclosed sum for the 2.2-acre parcel at 9101 River Road. The property includes an 8,940-square-foot truck terminal building, the company added, noting that the deal marks its second investment in Pennsauken and 11^th in South Jersey.

Steven Bentolila of Bento Property Group and Solomon Michailow of S2 Property Group brokered the off-market transaction.
