An undisclosed business has leased nearly 15,000 square feet at an Elizabeth industrial building, in a deal arranged by The William F Connors Agency.
William F. Connors III, an executive vice president with the Bayonne-based agency, was the sole broker in the transaction at 1111 Jefferson Ave. The tenant will occupy 14,800 square feet at the property, which is about a half-mile from both Newark Avenue and Route 1&9.
According to a marketing flyer, the building has 15-foot ceiling heights, 2,000 square feet of office space and two shared tailgates.
