WCRE: Wrestling & Training Center inks lease at Camden County strip center on Route 73

A business known as Wrestling & Training Center has taken space at a Route 73 retail property in Camden County, in a deal arranged by Wolf Commercial Real Estate.

Eric Flocco, an executive vice president with the brokerage firm, represented both parties in the transaction at 175 Route 73 South in Berlin. The occupier is leasing an undisclosed amount of space from Berlin Realty LLC, which owns the reported 15,443-square-foot center.

According to a news release, Wrestling & Training Center picked the location for its visibility on Route 73 and the presence of a traffic signal. Nearby retailers include Wawa, The Fat Tomato Italian Bistro and the Promenade at Sagemore.
