An auto dealership in Atlantic County has sold a car lot on Route 73, in a newly announced transaction by Vantage Commercial.
The brokerage firm represented both parties in the deal at 138 Route 73 in Hammonton, which housed 73 South Auto Sales for more than 10 years. A private buyer purchased the property, which sits across from the Davis Avenue intersection, for an undisclosed price.
“We’re excited to have facilitated the successful sale of this business,” said Ken Richardson, vice president and partner at Vantage Commercial. “Its prime location made it an excellent opportunity for the buyer.”
Richardson completed the trade alongside Vince Ceroli, a senior adviser with Vantage Commercial.
“It was great working with both the seller and buyer to close this deal,” Ceroli said. “We’re happy to have helped make the process smooth for everyone involved.”
