A jewelry business has leased 1,200 square feet of retail space in the Camden County borough of Berlin, in a newly announced deal by Wolf Commercial Real Estate.

The brokerage firm represented both parties in the transaction at 421 Route 73, a 23,400-square-foot property that is accessible from both sides of the highway, according to a news release. Anita’s Fine Jewelry is leasing the space from Hillcrest Plaza LLC, bringing the retail and office complex to full occupancy.

WCRE Executive Vice President Eric Flocco completed the assignment, noting that the center is in a heavily traveled area and benefits from its proximity to White Horse Pike and major retailers such as Home Depot, Walmart and ShopRite.
