An electrical contractor has acquired a nearly 6,300-square-foot industrial condominium in Branchburg, in a newly announced deal by The Blau & Berg Co.
The buyer, Raritan Associates LLC, will use the space at 161-A Industrial Parkway to expand its business. Blau & Berg’s Alex Dombrowski brokered the sale, noting that the 6,250-square-foot condo was an ideal fit due to its proximity to the buyer’s main facility on Route 22 West.
He described the purchaser as a well-established local electrical contractor with more than 40 years of experience providing installation and general maintenance services for residential, industrial and commercial properties.
Terms of the sale were not disclosed.
“The buyer had been searching for the right property to expand their business for several years,” said Dombrowski, a sales associate with Short Hills-based Blau & Berg. “With its prime location just down the street from their current facility, this property presented the ideal opportunity. I am thrilled for the new owners and look forward to seeing their continued success in the years ahead.”
