NAI Mertz has added to its brokerage team with the hiring of Sandro Randazzo as a director specializing in industrial sales and leasing.
The real estate services firm, which is based in Mount Laurel, said Randazzo joins its roster with more than a decade of experience working with diverse asset classes throughout the Philadelphia metro, Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions. That includes several senior roles working directly with industrial and shopping center landlords, while he founded and led the in-house leasing department for a prominent regional landlord, managing 8 million square feet of multitenant industrial assets throughout southeast Pennsylvania and southern New Jersey.

Randazzo is a licensed real estate salesperson in New Jersey and Pennsylvania and holds a bachelor’s in finance from Fairfield University.
