A plumbing and HVAC business has acquired a 10,000-square-foot industrial property in Camden, in a newly announced deal by Wolf Commercial Real Estate.

The brokerage firm represented both parties in the transaction at 1995 Ferry Ave., noting that Audubon Supply will use the warehouse to expand its commercial division and open a fourth location behind sites in Audubon, Mantua and Cape May Court House. The space will also allow it to take advantage of the city’s Urban Enterprise Zone designation to lower cost for its customers and to secure other state and local business incentives.

WCRE Vice President Ryan Barikian sourced the off-market deal with Albusa Enterprises LLC, the seller. Terms were not disclosed.
