Value Cos. has welcomed Cheryl Byrne as a leasing and marketing manager, filling a key role that will support its new construction pipeline.
The Clifton-based firm said Byrne, a former director of sales marketing at Skyline Development Group LLC, collaborates with senior leadership, developers and marketing teams to implement market segmentation, event planning and community-building initiatives that create a high return on investment. In her new role, she’ll spearhead sales, marketing and building management for Value’s new construction projects, with a focus on lease-ups and building vibrant communities.

The firm added that, during her time with Skyline Development, Byrne successfully negotiated leases, managed multimillion-dollar budgets and led teams to ensure seamless execution from lease-up to daily operations. The mother of three and grandmother of one holds a degree in business management and is an active volunteer with New Jersey Angels, an organization that provides support to foster families in the Morris County area.
