The owner of a nearly one-acre industrial outdoor storage property in North Brunswick has secured a tenant, in a newly announced deal by Bussel Realty Corp.
In a news release, the brokerage team said it represented Omni Group as the leasing agent at 1925 Fourth St. Riverview Cos. of New Jersey will occupy the 0.8-acre site and its 1,600-square-foot building, which has 18-foot ceiling heights, three drive-in doors and paved parking for trucks or outdoor storage, benefiting from a location near routes 1 and 130 and the New Jersey Turnpike.
BRC Senior Vice President Jordan Metz, Senior Associate Benito Abbate and Sales Associate James Friel completed the deal alongside Weichert Realtors, the tenant broker.
