A specialty fitness business has leased more than 1,600 square feet of highway retail space in Bridgewater, brokers with Bussel Realty Corp. announced Monday.
According to a news release, HotWorx is slated to open this summer at Fox Chase Center at 322 Route 22. The 1,640-square-foot space, which the operator is leasing from Cronheim Management, will be open 24 hours a day and provide customers with infrared sauna workouts with the potential benefits of increased calorie burn, improved circulation and stress reduction.
BRC vice presidents Chandler Vanderbeek and Connor Vanderbeek represented the landlord at the 25,000-square-foot strip center, which is passed by more than 17,800 vehicles per day and is near interstates 78 and 287.
