The site of a vacant mechanic’s shop and office facility in South Amboy has changed hands to a new user, in a deal arranged by Cushman & Wakefield.
The brokerage team represented the seller, Seven C’s Investment Group LLC, noting that the property at 2000 Route 35 comprises a 1.07-acre lot with a 4,887-square-foot building. The industrial outdoor storage property traded for an undisclosed price, with Cushman’s Andrew Schwartz, Jordan Sobel, Andre Balthazard and Dan Bottiglieri completing the transaction.
“Strategically positioned with direct frontage on Route 35 and Kath Street — and just 2.1 miles from the Garden State Parkway — this asset offers unmatched connectivity to the region’s major consumer markets and port infrastructure,” Schwartz said. “Previously home to Tarheel Enterprises, the property was delivered vacant at closing, giving the new owner a rare, plug-and-play opportunity to immediately begin operations and capitalize on the site’s prime location in central New Jersey.”
