CPN: Jazzercize owner inks 1,300 sq. ft. lease in Pennington

A local Jazzercize business has taken nearly 1,300 square feet at a Mercer County commercial complex, in a newly announced deal by Commercial Property Network Inc.

The operator, Stephanie Schaub, is leasing the space at 7 Tree Farm Road in Pennington under a five-year deal, according to the brokerage team. The commitment brings Tree Farm Village, an 18,000-square-foot retail and office property off Route 31, to full occupancy.

Commercial Property Network Senior Vice President Al Toto represented ownership in the 1,265-square-foot deal and has served as the complex’s leasing agent since it was built about 20 years ago.
