Sagard Real Estate has appointed Belah Terentjev as a director of acquisitions, as it looks to grow its portfolio across the Northeast.
According to the firm, Terentjev comes to the role with more than eight years of experience across real estate acquisitions, asset management and debt. Most recently, she spent three years at GLP Capital Partners, focusing on industrial real estate opportunities, including stabilized, value-add and development projects, for GCP’s closed-end investment vehicles.
She previously worked on J.P. Morgan’s Real Estate Americas team, Sagard said, noting that she focused on equity investments and asset management after starting her career underwriting debt on the real estate banking team.
“Sagard Real Estate’s established track record, combined with its entrepreneurial culture, gives me the opportunity to be part of a platform with meaningful and exciting growth potential,” Terentjev said. “I’m excited to join the team to support our growing presence in the Northeast region and help drive the firm’s continued success.”
