A contractor has expanded at Larken Associates’ Hillsborough Business Center, where it now occupies more than 6,100 square feet to support its growing operations in the region.
According to the landlord, Pezz Electrical Services LLC previously leased 3,750 square feet at the 27-building, 596,315-square-foot flex industrial and warehouse campus on Stryker Lane. The full-service electrical and HVAC contractor, which was represented by Marc Shein of NAI DiLeo-Bram & Co., will use the 6,120-square-foot space for warehouse and office functions.
Larken Associates’ Victor Kelly represented ownership in the deal. He also secured a new 1,095-square-foot lease with Navaranjitha Performing Arts Center, a traditional Indian dance studio, for instructional and rehearsal space.
The campus, which is just off Route 206, is now fully occupied.
“Hillsborough Business Center continues to attract a diverse range of tenants that reflect the economic vibrancy of the region,” said Kelly, executive vice president of Larken’s commercial division. “From trade services to arts and culture, these leases underscore the property’s flexibility and appeal to businesses seeking quality space and responsive ownership.”
